We are looking for Sourcing and Advertising Interns to join our team. This internship will give you hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, job posting, and recruitment marketing . You will help create job ads, find potential candidates, manage job platforms, and support the team in building a strong pool of applicants. This is a great opportunity to gain real experience in talent sourcing and online job advertising .
Key Responsibilities:
- Help create and post job ads on job sites and social media
- Source potential candidates through job boards and online platforms
- Assist in screening applications and organizing candidate profiles
- Support the team in tracking candidates and recruitment progress
- Help promote job openings and recruitment campaigns online
- Monitor responses and engagement from job posts
- Provide basic administrative support for sourcing tasks
Work Setup: Work From Home / Onsite
Requirement: MOA Required
