Beauty Consultant

We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Beauty Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in finding the right skincare and beauty products, provide product demonstrations, and ensure a welcoming and well-maintained store environment. This role plays a key part in driving sales and enhancing the overall customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist customers with skincare and beauty product selections
- Demonstrate product use and share in-depth product knowledge
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain an inviting display area
- Support monthly sales and inventory goals
- Ensure stock levels are replenished and displays are organized
- Stay updated with product trends, promotions, and brand standards
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge or interest in skincare and beauty products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in demonstrating products and engaging with customers
- Detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness and presentation
- Motivated to achieve sales goals and contribute to team success
- Friendly, approachable, and professional appearance
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic retail environment
