About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and client-focused Facialist/Therapist to join our beauty team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality skincare treatments, building client relationships, and promoting relaxation and skin health in a luxurious setting.
What You'll Be Doing
- Performing professional facial treatments and skin consultations
- Recommending skincare regimens and products tailored to client needs
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of treatment areas and tools
- Staying updated with the latest skincare trends and techniques
- Ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction
- Promoting services and packages to increase client retention
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a facialist, esthetician, or skin therapist
- Relevant certifications or training in skincare and facial therapy
- Knowledge of various skin types, products, and treatment techniques
- Professional demeanor with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for wellness, beauty, and client care
- Willingness to learn and grow in a team-oriented environment
