We are looking for an experienced and engaging BPO Trainer to facilitate training programs that enhance employee knowledge, performance, and customer service skills. This role is responsible for conducting training sessions, developing learning materials, and ensuring trainees are prepared for production.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year experience in the role
- High School Graduate
- Willing to work onsite with shifting Schedule
- Willing to start on June
