Qualifications: - Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in demand planning or related fields.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in demand planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and excellent communication abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and lead demand planning discussions.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with occasional remote work options available.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze and forecast demand patterns based on historical data and market trends.
- Coordinate with sales, production, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment of output and inventory management.
- Prepare and maintain accurate demand plans for new and existing products.
- Utilize demand planning software and tools to enhance forecast accuracy.
- Monitor and report on demand plan performance, making recommendations for improvements.
