Description - Provide exceptional customer service to clients booking travel arrangements.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding travel packages, pricing, and itinerary changes.
- Resolve issues related to bookings, cancellations, and refunds in a timely manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of destination information and travel regulations.
- Collaborate with travel suppliers to secure the best options for clients.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 5–8 years of experience in customer service or travel industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in travel booking software and customer management systems.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with a passion for travel.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
