- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.
- Stay up-to-date with travel trends and destinations to offer the best options to clients.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and tour operators to secure bookings and confirm arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records of client transactions and preferences for future reference.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years experience in travel planning or a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in booking software and online travel platforms.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- Working Conditions: May require flexibility in hours to accommodate client schedules.
