Brand Marketing Manager

Bristol Motorcycle is a premium motorcycle brand known for its timeless design, advanced engineering, and passion for riding. We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Brand Marketing Manager to lead and expand our presence Nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve regional targets
- Manage dealership networks and ensure strong relationships with partners and distributors
- Lead regional sales teams, set goals, and track performance
- Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities
- Organize and oversee promotional events, campaigns, and brand activations
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends in assigned areas
- Ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen brand presence in the region
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing management (automotive/motorcycle industry preferred)
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proven track record in hitting sales targets and expanding market share
- Willingness to travel frequently across Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao
- Must be results-oriented, adaptable, and customer-focused
