Marketing Manager

Bristol Motorcycle is looking for a results-driven and creative Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence, increase sales, and support nationwide dealership growth. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a passion for motorcycles or automotive brands, and proven experience in both digital and traditional marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals
- Lead brand-building initiatives for Bristol Motorcycle across all channels
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns (social media, ads, website, SEO)
- Manage product launches, promotions, events, and dealership marketing activities
- Coordinate with sales teams to drive lead generation and conversion
- Oversee marketing budgets, timelines, and performance metrics
- Manage external agencies, suppliers, and media partners
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to refine strategies
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports and recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in a marketing leadership role
- Strong background in digital marketing and brand management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in automotive or motorcycle industry is an advantage
- Willing to travel as needed for events and branch coordination
