MARKETING ASSISTANT

Job scope :
- Prepare marketing materials in the form of marketing emails, brochure, posters with assistance from existing graphic materials from manufacturer
- Coordinate with sales team for promotion of equipment
- Preparation and coordination for trade events
- Update of website for news, events and new products
- Assist in promotional activities such as but not limited to trade shows, seminars and product demonstration
- Optimization of digital marketing campaigns as needed
Requirements:
Candidates are graduate of Marketing or Digital design courses
Applicants must be residing in Pasig, San Juan City, Mandaluyong or Rizal areas only.
Proficiency in digital design is essential for this role
Effective communication skills as you will communicate with manufacturer and clients alike, proficiency in English is required
Previous experience in digital marketing and design is an asset
To the successful applicants, we will offer a comprehensive reward package comprising of basic monthly salary, year end bonus schemes, medical health benefits, supplementary allowances such as transport/meal/telecommunication expenses incurred during course of work
Applicants for the above positions must be able to travel without family hindrance and at short notice.
Work location is in Ortigas, Pasig City
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Salary range: PHP 18,000 to PHP 20,000 depending on experience
