Description - Construct, erect, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications and procedures.
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials using hand and power tools.
- Perform renovations and remodeling tasks as required.
- Finish furniture by applying varnishes, stains, or other finishes to enhance durability and appearance.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in carpentry
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in prefabricated construction techniques
- Skills and Competencies: Expertise in renovation projects
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of furniture finishing and maintenance
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
