Job Description:
- Measures, cuts, and assembles wood, scaffolding, and formwork for concrete structures in the reservoir project
- Reads and interprets blueprints, drawings, and project specifications for dam, reservoir, or water infrastructure
- Builds and installs wooden molds/forms for concrete pouring and structural supports
- Repairs and maintains wooden structures, scaffolds, and frameworks on-site
- Ensures accuracy, quality, and safety in all construction tasks
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or vocational/technical training in carpentry or construction
- Proven experience in formwork and general carpentry, preferably in civil or reservoir projects
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery
- Ability to read and follow construction drawings and blueprints
- Physical stamina and good hand-eye coordination
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and construction safety standards
