Description - Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures of wood, plywood and wallboard.
- Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials according to specifications.
- Assemble and install cabinets, doors, windows and other wooden structures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals and team members to complete projects on time.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in carpentry or related field
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in using carpentry tools and equipment
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in various weather conditions and on construction sites
