Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR)

BuzzyBooth helps restaurants, bars, family entertainment centers, dental practices, and other brick-and-mortar businesses turn their customers into leads, five-star reviews, social content, and repeat visits—all with minimal staff involvement. We are looking for an experienced Remote Sales Development Representative who can consistently connect with business owners, qualify opportunities, and book sales demonstrations. ## The Role: This is an SDR role, you will use a multi-touch, multi-channel outreach strategy that includes: * Phone call & Voicemail * Email outreach * SMS & Whatsapp and text follow-up * Persistent follow-up across multiple days and touchpoints You must be comfortable speaking directly with business owners, handling objections, and following up consistently without sounding robotic or overly aggressive. ## Responsibilities: * Contact inbound and outbound leads through phone, email, and text * Execute structured multi-touch follow-up sequences * Qualify prospects based on business type, customer traffic, needs, authority, and interest * Book qualified demonstrations for the sales team * Re-engage older leads that previously expressed interest * Use GoHighLevel (GHL) to manage pipelines, tasks, conversations, notes, and appointment statuses Requirements ## Required Experience: * At least 2 years of SDR, appointment-setting, or outbound sales experience * Proven experience using calls, emails, and SMS together—not relying on one channel * Hands-on experience using GoHighLevel * Experience managing leads through multiple follow-up attempts * Strong spoken and written English * Clear, confident, and professional phone presence * Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls * Able to handle rejection and objections without losing momentum * Reliable internet connection, computer, headset, and quiet working environment * Highly organized and able to work independently * Available during designated U.S. business hours ## Preferred Experience: * Selling SaaS, marketing services, or technology * Selling to restaurants, bars, dental practices, family entertainment centers, or other local businesses * Speaking with business owners and decision-makers * Working with inbound leads, cold leads, and reactivation campaigns * Using sales scripts, automated workflows, dialers, and appointment calendars ## What Success Looks Like You consistently follow up with every assigned lead, create real conversations with qualified business owners, book appointments that actually show up, and maintain a clean and accurate pipeline in GoHighLevel.
