REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Welcome to Filipino or Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin & English.
• Open to Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in administrative, coordination, or support roles.
• Have knowledge or experience with procurement, contract administration, budget tracking, and vendor management processes.
• Have background in event coordination, administrative operations, or project coordination is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:

• Manage daily administrative tasks, office resources, departmental assets, and marketing materials to ensure smooth team operations.
• Support offline marketing campaigns and events by coordinating materials, logistics, vendors, and on-site requirements.
• Monitor departmental budgets, track expenses, and maintain accurate administrative and financial records.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding, contracts, procurement requests, invoices, and payment follow-ups with relevant internal teams.
• Assist with other administrative and operational tasks or projects as assigned by the management.
