JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently hiring a Technical Support Representative to assist customers with technical concerns in a fast-paced BPO environment. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, providing step-by-step solutions, and ensuring customers receive efficient and accurate technical assistance. This role is ideal for individuals looking for technical support jobs in Manila, BPO jobs with no experience required, and entry-level IT support or call center positions with career growth opportunities.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Provide technical troubleshooting and basic diagnostics support
- Assist customers with internet, device, or system-related issues
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions
- Escalate complex technical concerns to higher support teams
- Document all customer interactions in the system
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
WORK SCHEDULE & TRAINING
This is a shifting schedule role, including weekends and holidays. Full paid training is provided for all new hires.REQUIREMENTS
- No experience required
- High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage)
- Open to fresh graduates and career shifters
- Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
- Willing to work onsite in Malate, Manila and on shifting schedules
