JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently hiring a Call Center Agent – Telco Account to assist customers with mobile, internet, broadband, cable, and telecommunications-related concerns. In this role, you will serve as a Customer Service Representative, helping customers with billing inquiries, account management, service activations, technical concerns, and plan upgrades. You will be part of a fast-paced BPO environment in Malate, Manila, delivering exceptional customer service for a leading telecommunications provider.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle inbound calls for mobile, internet, broadband, and telecommunications inquiries
• Assist customers with billing concerns, account updates, service requests, and plan changes
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, promotions, and account features
• Troubleshoot basic service and connectivity issues when applicable
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary
• Meet performance targets in quality, productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction

WORK SCHEDULE & TRAINING

This is a shifting schedule role, including weekends and holidays. Full paid training is provided for all new hires in our telco account program.

REQUIREMENTS

• No experience required
• High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage)
• Open to applicants with no BPO experience; call center hiring for fresh graduates is available
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
• Willing to work onsite in Malate, Manila and adapt to shifting schedules
