Join us as a: Video Editor & Animator

In this role you’ll get to:

• Take raw footage, scripts, and design assets and convert them into polished, high-impact content

• Assemble footage, audio, and motion graphics into final outputs for campaigns, social, web, and internal communications

• Create motion graphics, animation sequences, lower thirds, and transitions

• Apply technical standards including color correction, sound balance, grading, and caption accuracy

• Execute briefs from creative and strategy leads with minimal iteration

• Apply brand identity and creative direction across all motion assets

• Convert storyboards, scripts, and loose briefs into complete, polished content

• Maintain style discipline across typography, pacing, transitions, and visual language

• Manage timelines and multiple edits in parallel

• Enforce structured file management, naming conventions, and version control

• Maintain asset libraries, footage archives, templates, and reusable motion elements

• Prepare final exports and cutdowns in required formats, aspect ratios, and file sizes

• Ensure compression, resolution, and platform specifications are correct for LinkedIn, YouTube, and web

• Maintain consistency across global markets and campaign variants

What you’ll need to succeed:

• 6+ years of video editing and animation experience in a production environment or in-house content team

• Demonstrable portfolio of campaign, social, and motion graphics work

• Experience producing assets for LinkedIn, YouTube, and digital campaigns

• Expertise in Premiere Pro and After Effects

• Strong motion design skills including typography, kinetic storytelling, composition, and pacing

• Ability to interpret incomplete or evolving briefs independently

• Proficiency in asset handover using Figma and Google Slides

• Precision-driven and detail-oriented

• Structured, organized, and disciplined in file handling and versioning

• Direct communicator, able to handle feedback effectively

• Able to operate at pace without loss of quality
