Operations & Security Coordinator

We are seeking a full-time Operations & Security Coordinator based in the Philippines to support our daily operations and security monitoring activities.

The ideal candidate will have a background in technical support, hardware, networking, devices, security systems, or operations coordination . Experience with CCTV, IP cameras, NVR/DVR systems, video surveillance, alarm systems, or security monitoring is highly preferred.

This is a hybrid technical and operations role . The successful candidate will assist with security monitoring systems while also managing customer accounts, coordinating with field technicians, tracking service requests, preparing reports, and maintaining organized records.

Training will be provided on the company's systems, procedures, and Uniview camera platform.

Key Responsibilities

Security & Technical Operations

• Program and configure Uniview camera systems.
  
• Create and manage camera zones, analytics, and detection settings.
  
• Review and monitor security events and alarms.
  
• Assist with live security monitoring and event verification.
  
• Perform quality control checks on camera systems and monitoring accounts.
  
• Assist with troubleshooting and support related to cameras, monitoring systems, and connected devices.
  
• Coordinate with field technicians regarding installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and service calls.
  

Customer & Operations Coordination

• Create and maintain customer accounts and monitoring profiles.
  
• Follow up with existing clients regarding service requests, maintenance, and support.
  
• Track service requests, installations, maintenance activities, and customer concerns.
  
• Coordinate schedules with field technicians, customers, and management.
  
• Maintain accurate and organized customer, project, and monitoring records.
  
• Prepare reports, proposals, service documentation, and other administrative paperwork.
  
• Assist with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks as needed.
  
• Ensure customer and monitoring information is properly updated and documented.
  

Requirements

• Experience in technical support, hardware, networking, devices, systems administration, security technology, or operations coordination .
  
• Strong computer and internet skills.
  
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  
• Ability to follow established procedures and work independently.
  
• Proactive, dependable, and willing to learn new systems and technologies.
  
• Ability to manage both technical and administrative responsibilities.
  
• Comfortable coordinating with customers, technicians, and internal teams.
  
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems is preferred.
