Accounting Trainer

Description - Facilitate training sessions for accounting staff and new hires to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Develop and update training materials to ensure alignment with current accounting practices and regulations.
- Assess trainee progress and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
- Conduct workshops and seminars on various accounting topics to promote continuous learning.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and objectives.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to create engaging training programs
- Working Conditions: Comfortable with both in-person and online training environments
