They support the local production by components, equipment, technical, and materials to support global trade in international supply chains.This company provide support system development to manufacturing industry which value their customers in terms of their products and services. Position: IMPEX & Sales Assistant Company Industry: Manufacturing Company Work Location: Binan, Laguna, 4024, Philippines Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:30 am – 5:30 pm) Salary: Php 18,000 - Php 21,000 Work Set Up: Onsite

Bachelor’s Degree related to Purchase & Supply, Customs or relevant fields. At least 2-3 years working experience. Flexible to work with assigned tasks. Capable of working full time and maintaining an office in Laguna Technopark. Willing to participate in in-person interviews once requested.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for monitoring and facilitating all Import, Export, and Local Transactions. Ensure full compliance with the documents and permits for compliance to PEZA and BOC. Coordinate with Forwarders, Brokers, Shippers & Consignees on meeting required timelines and requirements. Ensure all shipments arrive on time, in full and in good condition Update & maintain internal databases and records of Shipment details• Other tasks as requested. Collaborate with the team to set and accomplish company objectives. Other tasks as assigned.RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
