Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Food Technology or equivalent.
- With at least 1 year related experience, preferably in Food Manufacturing Industry
- Familiar in food safety programs, GMP and HACCP system
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Willing to work in Marilao, Bulacan
Job Description:
- Implements Quality Control System
- Assigned on performing microanalysis test on finished goods, equipment swabs, hand swabs, air and water; may also include other types of samples related to food and food packaging.
- Implements microanalysis plan and environmental monitoring plan.
- Ensures that all materials received conform to the approved standards
- Ensures implementation of GMP
- Check shelf-life monitoring and test of finish goods
- Record, analyze and interpret data
- Monitoring and verification of equipment essential for analysis
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
