Bilingual Client Success & Appointment Specialist (English/Spanish) – Remote

Join a growing U.S.-based insurance agency as a Bilingual Client Success & Appointment Specialist . This remote, part-time position is perfect for motivated individuals located in Latin America who are eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment. Training will be provided, and no prior insurance experience is required.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to warm leads who have expressed interest in our services.
• Communicate effectively with both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking families .
• Assist with translation during live conversations as needed.
• Build rapport with prospects and gather essential information.
• Schedule Zoom appointments on the founder's calendar.
• Ensure prospects attend their scheduled appointments and perform live transfers of qualified leads when appropriate.

What You Bring

• Fluency in Spanish and English .
• Comfort and confidence in making phone calls.
• A friendly and professional communication style.
• Reliability and dependability in your work.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.
• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or sales is a plus, but not required.

Nice to Have

• Experience with appointment setting or virtual assistant work .
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
