1. Clean the office and customers’ area clean.
2. Keep the outside office premises clean all the time.
3. Clean the comfort room every day.
4. Recycle and segregate the trash.
5. Keeps and monitors the inventory of cleaning supplies.
6. Assisting VIP or visitors during their stay at the office.
7. Grass cutting every once a month or as needed.
8. Follow the Daily and Weekly tasks schedule.
9. Run errands for bank payment, deposit and pick up thru banks as needed.
10. Run errands outside the office as needed.
11. Performs other functions that maybe assigned from time to time.
- 20 – 40 years of old
- At least High School graduate
- Can drive motorcycle
- Have an updated driver’s license
- Can work with shifting schedule
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
