Description - Manage and coordinate daily dispatch operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain communication with drivers, providing them with necessary instructions and updates.
- Utilize dispatch software to track and optimize route planning and scheduling.
- Assist in booking and coordinating logistics for shipments.
- Work collaboratively with supply chain teams to ensure efficient distribution processes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in dispatching or logistics.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in dispatching techniques and logistics management.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
