Position: Sales Administration Lead (Php50,00 salary)

Salary: Php 50,000 - Php70,000 (Negotiable depending on years of working experience)
Work Set Up: Work on Site
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- At least 6 years of experience in:
- -Preparing quotations and proposals
- -Processing orders
- Monthly customer monitoring and sales administration tasks
- Minimum 2 years in a team leader or supervisory role
- Knowledge of taxation, accounting processes, or financial reconciliation is an advantage
- Willing to work onsite in Taguig
- Amenable to attend face-to-face interviews
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the follow-up and collection of receivables, including client visits when required, with strong focus on aged accounts
- Coordinate closely with the Finance and Accounting teams on credit management and collections
- Review and prepare monthly accounts receivable reports and sales administrative updates for the Head of Finance
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer documents, including Official Receipts and Collection Receipts
- Oversee the resolution of invoicing discrepancies and conduct regular account reviews
- Facilitate smooth coordination between internal departments to support efficient sales and financial operations
- Guide and support the sales administration team to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions
