We are looking for a licensed Occupational Health & Safety Nurse to provide employee health support, first aid, IV therapy, and basic administrative/front-office assistance. This role is fully on-site in Makati City.
Key Responsibilities
• Employee Health & Care: Provide first aid, basic nursing care, and conduct health assessments. Perform IV Therapy procedures (insertion, monitoring, discontinuation).
• OHS Support: Assist with workplace health programs, safety inspections, and maintain compliance standards. Coordinate health matters with HR and the Safety Officer.
• Admin & Front Office: Handle medical records and supplies. Provide basic reception support, attend to visitors, manage routine phone calls, and assist HR with clerical tasks.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with an active PRC Registered Nurse License.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Company Nurse or Occupational Health Nurse.
• Skills: Minimum 1 year of hands-on IV Therapy experience (IVT Certification preferred; BOSH Certification is an advantage).
• Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, strong communication skills, and absolute confidentiality with health records.
• Flexibility: Willing to perform both nursing and front-office/administrative duties.
