We are currently looking for Team Leader to join a leading BPO company.
This is a great opportunity for individuals who are looking to start or grow their careers in the BPO industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Graduate
- At least 1 year of experience handling a Healthcare Account in the BPO industry
- With experience handling a team
- Willing to work onsite in Pasig or Makati
- Open to shifting schedules
Job Description:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve performance targets
- Monitor daily operations and ensure KPIs such as productivity, quality, and attendance are met
- Conduct regular coaching, feedback sessions, and performance evaluations for team members
- Handle escalations and complex customer concerns when needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and client requirements
- Coordinate with Operations Managers and other departments to improve team performance
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on team performance
- Drive employee engagement and support continuous improvement initiatives
