Mechanical Technician

Perform installation, repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance of mechanical equipment and machinery.
Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) of pumps, motors, AHU, HVAC equipment, and other mechanical systems.
Inspect equipment and identify mechanical problems, defects, and possible causes of failure.
Perform equipment dismantling, cleaning, adjustment, alignment, and reassembly as required.
Check bearings, belts, shafts, couplings, valves, pumps, motors, and other mechanical components.
Assist in the installation and commissioning of mechanical equipment.
Use appropriate tools and measuring instruments for inspection and repair.
Read and understand basic mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, and specifications.
Assist engineers and other technicians during repair and maintenance activities.
Prepare and complete Service Reports (SR), PM reports, checklists, and other required documents.
Report equipment defects, required spare parts, materials, and tools to the immediate supervisor.
Ensure proper use, handling, and safekeeping of company tools and equipment.
Follow company, client, and workplace safety rules and procedures at all times.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area after completing the job.
Perform other duties related to mechanical maintenance as assigned by the supervisor or management.
