Building Maintenance Technician

Description - Perform routine building inspections and maintenance tasks.
- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants and address issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct minor repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance equipment and supplies.
- Assist in the preparation of maintenance reports and documentation.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0-2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Basic knowledge of building maintenance practices
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
