Job Responsibilities
1. Go live on time every day, interact naturally with viewers and create a relaxed live atmosphere.
2. Actively engage and maintain followers after streaming through private messages to stabilize your fan base.
3. Stay energetic during live broadcast and respond promptly to audience comments and interaction.
4. Strictly follow the team’s streaming schedule and maintain stable live attendance.
5. Cooperate with operation guidance and follow platform and team regulations.
Job Requirements
1. Fluent in daily English communication.
2. Must have two working devices: two mobile phones, or one mobile phone with a tablet or computer.
3. Equipped with high-speed stable internet and a quiet, tidy, undisturbed home streaming environment.
4. Outgoing and confident on camera, willing to interact actively with audiences.
5. Responsible working attitude and able to follow the streaming schedule long-term stably.
Salary & Benefits
1. Fixed salary: PHP24000 monthly base guarantee + PHP4000 full attendance bonus.
2. Live gift commission, performance bonus and team commission after promotion. Unlimited income potential.
3. Flexible streaming schedule, adjustable according to personal situation.
4. One-on-one full guidance and long-term support from professional operation team.
5. Salary paid in full on time every month, no delay and no unreasonable deductions.
