- Develop and execute architectural designs for various construction projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project specifications and deadlines are met.
- Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to create detailed architectural drawings.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and compliance with design specifications.
- Prepare and present project proposals and designs to clients and stakeholders.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- MUST BE RESIDENCE IN SILANG CAVITE, GMA or nearest area.
- Experience Level: 1 year or fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Photoshop
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to coordinate projects and manage timelines effectively
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of building materials and construction methods
