Description - Lead the design and architectural planning of complex projects.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into architectural specifications.
- Supervise and mentor junior architects and design teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure alignment with architectural designs.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Experience Level: 5–8 years of relevant experience
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
- Responsibilities and Duties: Excellent project management skills and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving abilities
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in both office settings and construction sites
