Accounting Manager

Job Title: Accounting Manager Location: Tuguegarao City or Baguio City Work Setup: On-site Work Schedule: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM Salary Range: PHP 50,000 – 70,000 Job Summary The Accounting Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting the monthly close process. This role will collaborate with outsourced teams and internal stakeholders to maintain financial integrity and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve invoices processed by the outsourced accounting team.
• Ensure proper GL coding and accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Facilitate vendor payments and address vendor inquiries.
• Prepare weekly financial reports, including cash forecasts and payables aging.
• Support the monthly financial close process and ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Prepare financial statements and assist in reporting in compliance with US GAAP.
• Review outsourced accounting deliverables and provide feedback for improvement.
• Perform variance analysis and highlight key financial movements.
• Assist in documenting accounting processes and internal controls.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support business requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of general accounting and financial reporting.
• Experience with US GAAP is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting systems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
