Role Overview

We are seeking an AI Recruitment Operations Analyst with experience in recruitment operations, talent acquisition, and AI-powered productivity tools. The successful candidate will support recruitment workflows, improve operational efficiency, maintain data accuracy, and leverage artificial intelligence tools to streamline recruitment-related activities.

Candidates should have a strong understanding of recruitment processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and hands-on experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, or similar AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Operations

• Support daily recruitment and talent acquisition operations.

• Manage recruitment workflows, candidate records, and related administrative activities.

• Review recruitment documentation and data for accuracy and completeness.

• Follow established recruitment SOPs, policies, and process guidelines.

• Manage multiple workstreams while meeting deadlines and operational targets.

2. AI Tools and Workflow Optimization

• Use ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, and similar AI tools to support recruitment activities.

• Apply AI tools to assist with documentation, content generation, information summarization, and workflow improvement.

• Identify opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks and improve productivity through AI-assisted processes.

• Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, relevance, and consistency.

• Apply critical thinking and sound judgment when using AI-generated information.

3. Recruitment Technology and Data Management

• Work with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment CRM platforms, and other talent acquisition tools.

• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment records.

• Support AI-enabled recruitment workflows and technology-driven process improvements.

• Identify data discrepancies, process gaps, and opportunities to improve operational quality.

4. Quality Assurance and Compliance

• Ensure compliance with recruitment procedures, quality standards, and operational guidelines.

• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when reviewing recruitment data and AI-generated content.

• Escalate complex issues and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Handle candidate information responsibly and follow applicable data privacy and security requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least 2 years of college completed, with no back subjects.

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Recruitment Operations, Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Technology, Recruitment CRM platforms, or AI-powered recruitment workflows.

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, SOPs, and talent acquisition workflows.

• Hands-on experience using ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, or comparable AI tools.

• Experience managing multiple workstreams and making judgment-based decisions.

• Strong written communication and analytical skills.

• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to evaluate AI-generated content critically and identify inaccuracies.

• Willingness to work full-time onsite in Quezon City.

• Willingness to work shifting schedules, including night shifts.
