Project Coordinator (ERP & Technology systems) - Remote

Join the team 

We are looking for an ERP Project Coordinator to drive the delivery of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central programme, and other transformation projects as they come. This is a pure delivery role: you keep the plan on track, hold our partner and team to their commitments, and keep everything moving so nothing falls through the cracks. You won't be the technical builder; your craft is organisation, coordination, communication and momentum. 

Key duties and responsibilities:  

1. Maintain and drive the project plan, schedule, milestones and dependencies, and run the cadence of meetings and follow-ups 
2. Coordinate the implementation partner and internal team, holding both to agreed commitments and timelines 
3. Manage issue, risk and decision logs, and escalate appropriately and on time 
4. Coordinate testing, training logistics and go-live readiness, and keep communication flowing to the sponsor and business 
5. Track project budget against plan, flag variances early, and support the transition to business-as-usual 

Qualifications and knowledge:  

1. Demonstrated experience coordinating projects in a multi-stakeholder client and vendor environment (essential) 
2. Experience on ERP or Microsoft Dynamics implementations is ideal; a PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly regarded 
3. Excellent organisation, coordination and follow-through, with the confidence to hold vendors and senior stakeholders to account 
4. Outstanding written and verbal English, and the ability to work independently across time zones 
5. Experience in manufacturing, wholesale or food and beverage, and familiarity with change management, are an advantage

Work schedule 

Four days per week to start, with potential to move to full-time. Working hours to overlap with Sydney business hours (Monday to Friday, AEST/AEDT). Specific days and hours by agreement.
