Warehouse Manager

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for establishing and managing the company's warehouse operations in Valenzuela. This is a key position within a newly established organization and will require a hands-on leader capable of building the warehouse function from the ground up. The successful candidate will establish warehouse processes, inventory controls, operating procedures, systems, and performance standards while ensuring efficient, accurate, and cost-effective warehouse operations. The ideal candidate has experience working in a start-up, greenfield, or newly established warehouse operation and is comfortable creating systems and processes where existing structures may still be limited. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Establish and manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns. Develop an efficient warehouse layout, storage methodology, and material flow. Establish appropriate procedures for handling, storing, and moving products. Ensure accurate and timely receiving and dispatch of inventory. Monitor warehouse productivity, utilization, and operational efficiency. Inventory Management Establish and implement inventory control systems and procedures. Develop processes for cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and physical inventory. Maintain high inventory accuracy and minimize stock discrepancies, damages, losses, and obsolete inventory. Establish appropriate inventory monitoring and replenishment processes. Monitor slow-moving, fast-moving, damaged, and aging inventory. Systems & Process Development Build warehouse SOPs, policies, workflows, forms, and operational controls. Establish warehouse KPIs and management reporting. Identify and implement appropriate Warehouse Management System (WMS), ERP, or inventory management tools. Develop scalable processes that can support future business and warehouse expansion. Continuously review and improve warehouse processes, productivity, and cost efficiency. People Management Build and manage the warehouse team. Define roles, responsibilities, work schedules, and performance standards. Train employees on warehouse procedures, inventory controls, safety, and company policies. Monitor team performance and productivity. Logistics & Coordination Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Sales, Finance, and external logistics providers. Ensure timely availability and movement of products. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners regarding deliveries and receiving schedules. Support the development and implementation of logistics and distribution processes. Compliance & Safety Establish and maintain warehouse safety, security, housekeeping, and operational standards. Ensure proper handling and storage of products. Implement appropriate controls to minimize operational risks and inventory losses. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain operations. At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity. Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end warehouse operations. Experience establishing warehouse systems, processes, SOPs, and controls from the ground up. Experience in a start-up, greenfield operation, new warehouse setup, business expansion, or rapidly growing organization is highly preferred. Experience with WMS, ERP, or inventory management systems. Strong inventory management and analytical skills. Strong leadership and people management capabilities. Hands-on, highly organized, and comfortable working in a developing business environment. Willing to work on-site in Valenzuela City.
