Job Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer inquiries related to healthcare benefits, claims, billing, and account information. Provide accurate and timely resolutions while delivering exceptional customer service. Document customer interactions accurately in the system. Meet quality, productivity, and compliance standards. Qualifications: At least 1 year of BPO experience. With at least 6 months of Healthcare account experience. Excellent English communication skills. Basic computer navigation skills. Willing to work on-site. Willing to work on-site in Pasig. Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
