Job Description

• Project Coordination: Coordinate with Texas Instruments' project managers, stakeholders, and third-party vendors to monitor and verify successful project execution.
• Project Planning: Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans for third-party projects.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate and oversee relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring they meet project requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with third-party projects, escalating issues to Texas Instruments' project managers as needed.
• Communication: Facilitate communication between Texas Instruments' project managers, stakeholders, and third-party vendors, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned.
• Status Reporting: Provide regular project status updates to Texas Instruments' project managers, highlighting progress, issues, and risks.
• Issue Resolution: Collaborate with Texas Instruments' project managers and third-party vendors to resolve issues, address concerns, and implement corrective actions.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize third party project management support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• 10 years of experience in project coordination / PMO support
• Experience managing vendors and cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of project planning, tracking, and reporting
• Ability to identify risks, resolve issues, and escalate when needed
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in MS Office and project management tools
