Job Description
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with Texas Instruments' project managers, stakeholders, and third-party vendors to monitor and verify successful project execution.
- Project Planning: Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans for third-party projects.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate and oversee relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring they meet project requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with third-party projects, escalating issues to Texas Instruments' project managers as needed.
- Communication: Facilitate communication between Texas Instruments' project managers, stakeholders, and third-party vendors, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned.
- Status Reporting: Provide regular project status updates to Texas Instruments' project managers, highlighting progress, issues, and risks.
- Issue Resolution: Collaborate with Texas Instruments' project managers and third-party vendors to resolve issues, address concerns, and implement corrective actions.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize third party project management support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 10 years of experience in project coordination / PMO support
- Experience managing vendors and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of project planning, tracking, and reporting
- Ability to identify risks, resolve issues, and escalate when needed
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in MS Office and project management tools
