Job Description
Answer phone calls in a polite and professional way
Give customers clear information about what we offer
Fix customer issues quickly and correctly
Help with account changes, service requests, and other tasks
Keep accurate notes of all customer conversations
Follow company guidelines, scripts, and performance goals
We’re hiring Call Center Agents who are friendly, helpful, and excited to assist customers!
In this role, you’ll answer calls, answer questions about our products and services, solve problems quickly, and make sure every customer has a good experience.
