Accounts Payable Supervisor (CPA)

Description - Oversee the accounts payable team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the accounts payable process.
- Prepare monthly financial reports related to accounts payable activities.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve discrepancies in invoices and payment issues.
- Conduct training and mentoring of team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in accounts payable or a related financial field.
- Skills and Competencies: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification and deep understanding of accounts payable systems.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Proven ability to manage financial reports and enhance the efficiency of accounts payable processes.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
