We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to develop engaging and effective learning materials for training programs. In this role, you will design, develop, and enhance instructional content using modern learning methodologies and e-learning tools. You will work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create interactive learning experiences that support business objectives and improve learner performance.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of college education with no back subjects.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Instructional Design or Content Development.
- A portfolio showcasing instructional design or content development work is required.
- Hands-on experience using Articulate 360 is required.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies is an advantage.
- Strong communication, creativity, and project management skills.
- Willing to work onsite.
