Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
Route and Load Planning: Build daily delivery schedules, assign trucks based on size and product needs (such as temperature control), and map efficient local routes.
Reporting and Coordination: Responsible for updating a report with the clients & shipments’ details.
Driver Dispatch and Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for local truck drivers, handle calls, and track live vehicle locations.
Paperwork and Compliance: Verify shipping documents, driver logs, trip reports, and ensure trucks meet legal and safety standards.
Problem Solving: Resolve delivery delays, traffic issues, equipment breakdowns, or damaged goods quickly.
Requirements
High School Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field.
Knowledgeable with Photoshop, Canva, and other softwares
Knowledgeable with technology and can adapt to new systems
At least 2-4 Years of related job experience
Knowledgeable and familiar with routes and the area of NCR and nearby provinces
Excellent Communication and Coordination Skills
Ability to handle and organize various documents
