- Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for employees and clients of Jade Solutions and Management Services, Inc.
- Report to management on security status while staying vigilant at all times.
- Operate detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent passage of prohibited articles into restricted areas.
- Job Title: Security Officer
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Security Studies, or equivalent field.
- Experience Level: Fresh Graduate/Student with a keen interest in security management and practices.
- Skills and Competencies: Surveillance skills, basic knowledge of security operations and equipment, understanding of legal guidelines for area security and public safety.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules, report any irregularities, inform violators of policy and procedures, and supervise entry and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons.
- Working Conditions: Must be willing to work in shifts, including nights and weekends; may involve prolonged periods of standing and monitoring surveillance equipment.
- Qualities and Traits: Good physical condition, alertness, strong ethical sense, excellent observational skills, and ability to respond in emergency situations.
