Qualifications and Standards
- Preferably College or High school diploma
- Height must be 5'3"
- Basic computer literate
- Active listening and good communication skills
- Flexibility to work in shifts
- Can work multitasking and with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to walk and stand during entire shift
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure every guest feels care for valued and respected
- Escorts customers to accommodations
- Greets customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome.
- Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
- Directs and instructs the dining room personnel on customer needs to ensure customers receive fast and quality service from the moment they arrive.
- Greet incoming and departing Guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact; escort them to assigned dining area; present menus; announce waiter's name
- Answer incoming calls to the restaurant and provide appropriate service
- Help dining room staff by setting and clearing tables
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
