Marketing Associate / Corporate Communication Associate

The Marketing Associate / Corporate Communications Associate is responsible for supporting the development and execution of internal and external communication initiatives that strengthen the company's brand, culture, and relationships with stakeholders. This role manages employee communications, corporate announcements, and content creation to ensure consistent messaging aligned with the company's values and workforce management service. The Corporate Communications Associate works closely with HR, management, and operations teams to promote engagement, transparency, and a positive corporate image.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create clear, engaging, and professional content for diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and basic content or design tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in corporate communications, HR communications, or content creation is an advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and distribute internal communications such as announcements and advisories.
- Support external communications including corporate statements, client-facing materials, and company updates.
- Assist in creating content for company websites, social media platforms, and other communication channels.
- Ensure consistency of corporate messaging, tone, and branding across all communication materials.
- Draft, edit, and proofread communication materials for accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.
- Support company events, programs, and activities by preparing communication and promotional materials.
- Maintain and update internal communication platforms such as intranet boards or digital bulletin systems.
- Assist management in preparing presentations, speeches, and corporate reports.
