We're Hiring: Executive Assistant We're looking for an Executive Assistant to work closely with the founder across three growing brands: Naya Studio – Premium beauty studio FreeNow Barista Coconut – Beverage distribution brand Nightcap Manila – Mobile bar and cocktail catering Job Description:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and executive support
- Coordinate daily operations across all three businesses
- Track projects and ensure deadlines are met
- Communicate with suppliers, partners, and service providers
- Assist with inventory monitoring and purchasing
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and business documents
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
- Help improve workflows and operational processes
- Assist with business launches, promotions, and special projects
- Handle other tasks that help keep the businesses running efficiently
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Excellent in written and verbal communication
- Comfortable managing multiple projects at once
- A strong problem solver with a positive attitude
- Tech-savvy and proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Willing to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment
