Description - Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure it meets community guidelines.
- Respond to content violations in a timely manner.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to enhance the moderation process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant trends and challenges in content moderation.
- Provide feedback on moderation tools and practices to improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field
- Experience Level: Entry-level (0-2 years preferred)
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail and critical thinking
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Working Conditions: Flexible work hours with potential remote opportunities
