Description - Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of facilities, including restrooms and common areas.
- Assist in loading and unloading supplies, materials, and equipment as needed.
- Conduct minor repairs and report major issues to the maintenance supervisor.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing duties.
- Support various departments with general labor tasks as assigned.
Requirements
UTILITY/MAINTENANCE
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Basic understanding of cleaning and maintenance practices.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor environments.
