Description - Coordinate and manage scheduling for client appointments and internal meetings.
- Maintain effective communication with clients to provide exceptional customer service.
- Utilize scheduling software to optimize resource allocation and manage calendars.
- Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts and addressing client inquiries.
- Provide back-office support to ensure smooth operations within the scheduling team.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a scheduling or administrative role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in scheduling software; knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal and people skills; must be a team player.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; may require overtime during peak scheduling periods.
